Introduction

Welcome to Elevate Academy, a membership-based educational platform created by Enchanted Photography LLC DBA The Fourniers. Elevate Academy is designed to help photographers grow profitable, high-end businesses through curated trainings, templates, and strategic coaching resources.

By accessing or using the Elevate Academy platform (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a membership or accessing any content within Elevate Academy, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, subscribers, and any other person who accesses content from Elevate Academy.

Services Provided

Elevate Academy offers a digital subscription service that includes, but is not limited to:

  • Video-based lessons covering luxury wedding photography business strategies

  • Downloadable templates, scripts, and resources

  • Access to past and future trainings, including new module releases

  • Additional bonuses and exclusive content as released

Access is granted on a subscription basis — either monthly or annually — and includes unlimited viewing of all available materials for the duration of the membership.

User Responsibilities

By joining Elevate Academy, you agree to:

  • Use the platform for personal and non-commercial educational purposes

  • Not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute any part of the content without written permission

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share your account with others

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Service

  • Be responsible for all payments and fees associated with your subscription

Intellectual Property

All content within Elevate Academy — including videos, guides, documents, templates, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Enchanted Photography LLC and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not copy, share, or use this content for commercial gain, nor may you distribute it to others without written consent.

Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Monthly Membership – $49/month

You will be billed monthly from the date of enrollment. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Once canceled, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Annual Membership – $495/year

You will be billed once per year from the date of enrollment. Cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account. Access remains valid until the end of the annual billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. If you believe you were unintentionally charged, contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected]. Include your account email, date of charge, and reason for refund request. Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and issued at our discretion.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Elevate Academy at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in misconduct, or attempt to misuse or redistribute the platform’s content.

Limitation of Liability

Elevate Academy is provided “as is,” without any guarantees or warranties of success. We do not guarantee specific business results. By using this platform, you accept full responsibility for the outcomes of applying the material.

Under no circumstances shall Enchanted Photography LLC or its owners be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
